Price rises

At a time when energy prices are supposed to be declining AGL gas have decided to increase their gas prices by 8% - more than 4 times the inflation rate.

When did AGL become a bank?

PS Impossible to contact AGL by e-mail. Need to wait interminably on the phone to get through to the call!
